We only collect the information you send us through the "Request a callback" form:

• your phone number;
• the service you need;
• your email address (optional);
• your message (optional).

We do not collect any other personal information on this website.

How we use it

We use this information only to call you back about your transport request. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Our hosting provider may temporarily record technical data, such as IP addresses, to keep the website secure and working properly.

Service providers and transfers outside Quebec

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., whose servers are in the United States. When you send the form, your information is received and stored by Netlify, which forwards it to us by email. Your information is therefore transferred outside Quebec. Netlify acts on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request, then delete it securely.

How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to your information is limited to the staff members who handle transport requests.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• access the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected;
• withdraw your consent to its use;
• ask us to delete it;
• receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format.
