Nos services
Van Medic dessert le grand public comme le secteur institutionnel. Chaque déplacement est planifié selon le niveau d'autonomie de la personne.
Nous vous conduisons pour vos besoins médicaux (traitements, hospitalisation, chirurgie d'un jour, suivi après un accident de la route ou du travail), vos sorties sociales (visites familiales, magasinage) et vos loisirs (activités culturelles, aéroport, excursions).
Transport adapté spécialisé
Minifourgonnette pouvant accueillir deux fauteuils roulants, deux passagers et un accompagnateur. Convient aussi aux fauteuils grand format et aux triporteurs.
Transport médical non urgent
Pour les personnes non autonomes nécessitant l'aide du chauffeur, y compris les transferts de lit à lit d'un établissement à un autre.
Transport adapté par berline
Pour les déplacements rapides sans soins particuliers, lorsque la personne peut s'asseoir sur une banquette régulière. Le fauteuil voyage dans le coffre.
Service d'accompagnement
Un accompagnateur professionnel peut se joindre au déplacement, sur demande.
Déplacements sur mesure
Endroits difficiles d'accès, étages supérieurs sans ascenseur, situations complexes. Appelez-nous : nous trouvons une solution.
Transport longue distance
Des déplacements longue distance sont possibles sur demande. Appelez-nous pour discuter du trajet et de l’horaire.

Chauffeurs formés
Tous nos chauffeurs suivent la formation de la Société de transport de Montréal, complétée par une formation d'appoint interne.
Véhicules équipés
Trousse de premiers soins, convertisseur 12V/110V, couverture thermique, piqués jetables, fauteuil orthopédique à appuis-pieds ajustables et, sur demande, fauteuil civière à dossier inclinable.
Suivi GPS
La plupart de nos véhicules sont équipés d'un GPS, ce qui nous permet de vous communiquer une heure d'arrivée précise.
